I am really excited because I am finally able to give you a peek of my new design, search “The Convertible/Reversible Bag”
I have been working with this design on and off for probably more than a year. It’s really unusual and sort of mind bender so it took me awhile to figure out just how to make it work. It’s a little bag that not only converts to twice it’s size but also reverses. So, it can be 4 different bags! Click the graphic below to see how it works:
The best part is that, since it reverses, there is opportunity for 2 completely different colorways and/or styles of fabric. I like to make mine in laminated cotton because then its just perfect for travel – I had an interesting experience working with laminates and discovered that you really can fuse interfacing to it!! If you would like to read about that go here. Regular cottons work equally well though and there is a bonus project to make a removable liner so your lining stays clean and it’s quick to change from look to look.
I love it and my testers made me love it even more – they did a great job. I have put some of their bags samples here. I hope you love it too! Also, coming soon there will be a pattern for at least one larger version that will be perfect for travel!

Hi Sarah,
I know I’m asking too much, but for the two free cosmetic bags, is it ok to sell the sewn bags using those free pattern of yours? Thanks again.
